Material options
Mateouter layers of silicone impregnated glass to 260C, untreated woven glass to 538C, stainless steel wire mesh to 649C and silica woven cloth upto 1000C.
Insulation
Insulation Choice of thickness suitable for the application. All materials are non-hygroscopic including Rockwool, fibre glass, closed cell polyurethane, type E glass fibres fabricated in mat form with low chloride level and no resinous or organic binders and needled ceramic glass mat with no organic binders. All insulation products are asbestos free.
Fastening techniques
Five basic methods are available with Velcro straps, Velcro flaps,
Draw strings, stainless steel lacing hooks, and clinch belts.
